Finland has provided Ukraine with a 200 million euro military aid package

Finland has allocated Ukraine the 28th military aid package worth 200 million euros, the Finnish Ministry of Defense announced on Thursday.

“At the meeting of (defense) ministers, Finland announced the next, 28th package of military assistance for Ukraine. Its cost is about 200 million euros,” the report says.

The agency does not disclose the contents, timing and method of delivery of the package, as well as all previous deliveries, for security reasons. Earlier, the Finnish Ministry of Defense announced the launch of a new program to support Ukraine, under which the Finnish defense industry will receive 660 million euros for arms orders for the supply of the Armed Forces.

“After the implementation of the latest decisions, the total amount of financial assistance to Finland will increase to 3.3 billion euros,” the Defense Ministry said.
