The NATO Secretary General urged the Europeans to stop complaining

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte called on the Europeans to “stop complaining” and instead put forward concrete proposals for peace in Ukraine.

He spoke at a discussion at the Munich Security Conference.

“And to my European friends, I would say, engage in discussions, don’t complain about what you will or won’t be at the negotiating table, come up with specific ideas. Increase spending, ensure that military training and arms supplies to Ukraine continue, but also offer concrete ideas. For example, what security guarantees might look like,” he said.
