The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps will conduct exercises throughout Iran.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, elite units of the Armed Forces) of Iran, together with the Basij forces (special unit of the people’s militia of the IRGC) will conduct large-scale exercises throughout Iran in the coming days, follows from a statement by the press service of the IRGC.

“These exercises will begin in the coming days throughout Iran and the waters of the Persian Gulf. Improving the coordination of the defense and offensive capabilities of the armed forces, as well as the field use of new military equipment to combat enemy threats is one of the goals of these exercises,”  IRGC stated
