According to the sources , Biden plans to give his first speech on foreign policy after returning from a trip to Italy, which ends on January 12. After this, the 46th president will make a farewell address to the Americans.

Biden will travel to Italy in January and will visit Rome from January 9 to 12. Biden’s term as president ends on January 20, so the trip will be his last in this capacity.
