Prince Harry arrives in Zambia for royal tour without ‘exhausted’ Meghan

Prince Harry’s two-day visit to Zambia has started without his wife, exhausted Meghan Markle preferred to stay at home. The young royal couple is expecting their first child, so, Harry’s current tour will be realized without Meghan.

The Duchess of Sussex is “exhausted” and her mother is visiting Kensington Palace, according to an insider. December will be a very busy month for the royal family, so, Meghan decided to take some rest prior to starting the season holidays. The festive period won’t be a simple holiday, as it is jam-packed with royal rules to abide by and a busy schedule to follow.

To start her first Sandringham celebration with a bang, last year Meghan gave the Queen a singing hamster. Royal guests will then be invited to take part in a Christmas tea followed by a short nap or resting period. The day will end in another luxurious meal. Leaving guests with full stomachs is as important for the Queen as for any other good hostess, and to make sure this happens she follows a decades-old royal custom.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry was warmly welcomed upon his arriving in Zambia. The royal was greeted by flowers in Lusaka airport. Queen Elizabeth II’s grandson is representing the Foreign and Commonwealth Office during the brief two-day trip. He left at the weekend and is expected to attend a reception to celebrate UK-Zambia relations today.

As far as those on the ground in Zambia were concerned both Duke and Duchess were going. But Ms Markle is exhausted and expressed serious concerns about travelling to a country with even the smallest Zika threat. to avoid any health problems, she preferred to stay in London with her mother, Doria Ragland.
