The Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with her third child, announced Kensington Palace earlier this month. Despite her morning sickness, the wife of Prince William as a patroness of the mental health charity Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families decided to step out in front of the camera to raise awareness of the importance of talking about mental health.

The Duchess introduced the animated film on the subject, explaining that mental health is ‘how we feel and think’. The fans of Kate Middleton were glad to see that the 35-year-old woman looks good, for the video message, the Duchess opted a blue buttoned-up coat dress and light makeup. No distracting details, just the royal who wants to discuss the benefits of talking about mental health with others.
It wasn’t the first time when Kate speaks out about this delicate issue, over the years, she’s worked tirelessly with her husband Prince William and Prince Harry on the Heads Together campaign.
