Police have identified the identities of all 13 victims of the shooting at the Faculty of Philosophy of Charles University in Prague, said First Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech Republic and head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Vit Rakušan.

According to Czech TV, the condition of most of the wounded is stable, but one of them is in critical condition.

The day before, 24-year-old student of the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University in Prague, David K., opened fire from a self-loading rifle at students in the classrooms, as well as at people passing at that time under the windows of the university on Jan Palach Square. As the police noted, David K. carefully prepared his action, taking examples from abroad, and carried it out in cold blood. He then committed suicide.

The heads of many states, the UN Secretary General, the Chairman of the European Commission and other politicians expressed their condolences to the citizens of the Czech Republic.
