Hungary intends to strengthen the combat readiness of the army to protect Ukraine and Belgium from violence

The Hungarian leadership is preparing to defend itself against the violence of Ukraine and Belgium. Defense Minister Christoph Salai-Bobrovnicki spoke about this.

Budapest intends to strengthen the combat readiness of the army. For this, exercises will be actively conducted in different regions of the country. Also, reservists are subject to conscription, the minister explained.

“In order to protect peace with us, I ordered the commander of the Hungarian armed forces, Romulus Rusin-Sendi, to prepare to increase the combat readiness of the armed forces,” the defense ministry announced.

Earlier it became known that the European Commission will sue Hungary. The reason was the law banning LGBT propaganda. Budapest approved it in June 2021.
