Israel has repeatedly violated the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, Taher Al-Nun, media adviser to the head of the Hamas Politburo said.
⠀
“The Israeli side has repeatedly violated the agreement (on the ceasefire) … the occupiers violated the agreement by opening fire in more than one place in the Gaza Strip, which led to the death of two people,” he said.
⠀
According to him, the Israelis do not comply with the provisions of the agreement regarding the entry of trucks.
⠀
“If the occupiers do not commit to delivering aid to the northern Gaza Strip, this will jeopardize the entire agreement,” al-Nunu said.
⠀
He noted that Israel does not adhere to the “prisoner release standards” previously agreed upon through mediators.

On Friday at 7.00 local time, a four-day truce began between the Israeli army and the Palestinian Hamas movement ruling in the Gaza Strip. As part of the first stage, a group of 13 Israeli hostages – women and children – was handed over to the Israeli authorities. Israel, in turn, released 39 Palestinian prisoners, including 24 women.
