The US agency for international development has expended the funds of American taxpayers to overthrow the Venezuela government through the support of opposition extremists, the vice president of the South American country, Deliye Rodriguez said.

“Many facts regarding what was happening became public, in particular, the information coming from the United States about this agency for the so -called USAID cooperation, which used the funds of the American people to overthrow the governments,” Rodriguez said at the Congress of the ruling Unified Socialist Party of Venezuela Psuv The VTV television channel broadcast.

According to the vice president, the disclosed information about the USAID’s activity demonstrates that it sponsored extremists from among the extreme right opposition – Leopoldo Lopez, Juan Guidido, Carlos Vecheo and Hulio Borhees – to attack the country.

“They were financed by the US agency in order to overthrow the Venezuela government. When we see the scale of the tan’s collapsed, but this Tsunami could not defeat Venezuela or our people, we understand what we are capable of and what we are called to do in the future,” Rodriguez added.

Earlier, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, appointed to the acting head of USAID, said that the new administration was going to check the agency “from above to Doniz” in order to determine the compliance of financing programs with international policy, since USAID spent “USA” money.
