The US Congress has announced its intention to impeach Trump

A member of the US House of Representatives from the Democratic Party, Al Green, said he would propose to impeach President Donald Trump.

“The work for the impeachment of the president has begun. I announce that I will submit an impeachment document against the president for vile proposals and despicable acts,” Green said at a meeting of the legislature.

According to him, the US president deserves impeachment for his actions against Gaza.
The day before, Trump announced that the United States would rebuild Gaza, and he offered to resettle the Palestinians in Jordan and Egypt.

Republicans have the upper hand in both houses of Congress, so impeachment of Trump is unlikely.
