The Estonian opposition intends to express a vote of mistrust to the government

The ISAMAA opposition party plans to express a vote of mistrust of Estonia to the Votum of D notation due to an agreement on energy policy, a letter with an appeal to abandon it was already sent to Prime Minister Kristen Michal, the party chairman Urmas Reinsalu said.

As noted, we are talking about subsidizing new ground and sea windows, as well as accumulating capacities. According to the politician, this decision will lead to the rise in price of electricity and risks for power supply.

“I thought that it would be worthy to give the Prime Minister today to correct his position. Unfortunately, I see that this has not happened today, which means that we will move on to the next stage of preparing this (Votum of Dorrotion),” Rhinsalu told.

The politician also admitted that there are private interests behind this agreement.

“And how these decisions were made, in my opinion, it raises questions. In addition to the ideological course that the government chose in energy policy, I believe that we have the right to demand rational lighting, argument and dialogue in the event of completely opaque decisions,” – He emphasized.
