Le Pen did not exclude Macron’s departure

The head of the parliamentary faction of the right French party “National Association” Marine Le Pen said that it does not exclude the departure of French President Emmanuel Macron before the expiration of his power.

Earlier, Marin Le Pen also stated that, in her opinion, France will be waiting for the next dissolution of the parliament. According to the Constitution of the country, it is possible only a year after the previous one, that is, in June 2025.

“It seems to me that the requirement to resign the president of the republic does not comply with our state institutions, but I do not exclude this,” Le Pen said.

At the same time, Le Pen added that the less time the macron remains in power, the better it will be for the “national association“.

In 2024, four prime minister was replaced in France, which became a record in French history. After the dissolution of the parliament and extraordinary parliamentary elections in July, in which not a single faction gained the absolute majority, Macron could not appoint a new prime minister for 50 days. The last French Cabinet of Ministers worked for only three months and, together with Prime Minister Michel Barnier, was dismissed by the Votum of Dorrotion of the opposition for the first time since 1962. The next prime minister of the country, Francois Bayru, appointed to this post in December 2024, was able to avoid the adoption of a vote of distrust in parliament in mid -January, since he did not receive the necessary majority of votes.
