The head of the new Department of Efficiency of Public Administration (DOGE) of the United States, American entrepreneur Ilon Musk advocated the dismissal of judges who impede the deportation of migrants from the country in a message on the social network X.

On the day of the inauguration, January 20, Donald Trump in his first speech as the 47th President of the United States promised immediately to stop the penetration of illegal immigrants on American territory and begin the extradition process of millions of migrants. He also introduced a national emergency regime in connection with the situation on the southern border of the United States.

“If not a single judge is never shifted from his post, regardless of how unfair his decision is, our legal system is fundamentally destroyed. This should happen,” Musk wrote.
⠀
Thus, he commented on the post of one user of the social network with the news from the ABC channel. According to the TV channel, one judge from Chicago intends to release the illegal Migrant Presentor from Venezuela, detained by the US immigration and customs police.

Previously, Trump also ordered to limit the right to receive birth citizenship and give it out only to children, at least one of the parents of which is legally and on an ongoing basis. The states challenged a similar approach, insisting that it contradicts the corresponding amendment to the Constitution adopted after the Civil War, which does not establish restrictions. The court in Seattle has already blocked Trump’s decree. Trump himself stated that the amendment concerned the children of slaves, and now it does not make any sense.
