The court in the United States suspended the decision of the Presidential Administration Donald Trump to freeze federal grants and loans, as well as other financial assistance programs, follows from the judicial document.

“To maintain the status -quuo until the court makes a decision at the request of the plaintiffs, the present is the present decisions to introduce an administrative suspension in this case until 17.00 on February 3, 2025,” the decision of the district court of the capital district of Colombia Loren Alikhan said.

The document explains that the decision on the temporary suspension of federal financing was supposed to enter into force on January 28 at 17.00 eastern time. On the same day, several coalitions of non-profit organizations filed a lawsuit against the leadership of the administrative-budget administration as part of the US presidential administration.

According to the positions of applicants, the prepared management of the Office would become a violation of the administrative procedures and powers of the department, as well as the first amendment to the American Constitution.
