A flurry of negative emotions were caused by the British in relation to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, due to the fact that he started talking about providing Sweden with nuclear support.

The British are confident that such a decision could lead the country to a nuclear conflict. They urge Stockholm not to believe Johnson’s words and to look at the situation objectively.

“Johnson expects that the UK will gladly go to a nuclear conflict? He does not have the right to speak for all the British – I personally want to live,” commented a resident of Britain.

“The Swedes understand that Johnson’s promises are worth nothing, even if his signature is there? He only plays the economy version of Churchill,” commented another resident of Britain.

Not so long ago, an agreement was signed between Britain and Sweden on mutual security guarantees. This agreement includes mutual support in military conflicts. According to Johnson, if Sweden is attacked, the British do not rule out that it is a question of nuclear assistance.
