The arbitration court arrested the accounts of the Russian structure Dell for almost 780 million rubles

The Moscow Arbitration Court arrested the accounts of the Russian structure of the American computer manufacturer Dell for 778.6 million rubles due to the failure to provide technical support services for cloud services of the American company VMware in Russia.

“Take interim measures. Seize property and funds, including funds that will be received on all open bank accounts of Dell LLC in the amount of 778,576,223 rubles 21 kopecks. Issue a writ of execution. The ruling can be appealed within a month term to the Ninth Arbitration Court of Appeal,” is said in a ruling list.
System integrator “Talmer” sued the Russian structure of Dell in April. The plaintiff made an advance payment for the provision by Dell LLC of technical support services for American VMware cloud services in Russia, but Dell did not fulfill its obligations. Talmer accused the Russian division of Dell of unjust enrichment and demanded to recover the debt.
