Forbes: Kylie Jenner is the youngest self-made billionaire

Forbes reported that Kylie Jenner is the youngest billionaire of the world. The 21-year-old woman achieved a new financial status thanks to 9% revenue growth in her Kylie Cosmetics business.

Kylie Jenner, another member of Kardashian clan, has replaced Mark Zuckerberg from the top of the youngest self-made billionaires. In 2018, Kylie’s cosmetic company was fueled by a partnership with Ulta and made a giant leap. The online store has brought Jenner’s products to its more than 1,000 US stores and added $900 million to the 21-year-old Jenner’s business.

“Add in the cash Jenner has already pulled from the profitable business, and the 21-year-old is now a billionaire, with an estimated fortune of $1 billion,” the Forbes noted.

In other words, the younger sister of Kim Kardashian is the youngest-ever self-made billionaire who has reached a ten-figure fortune at a younger age than even Mark Zuckerberg. The Facebook founder was 23 when he hit that mark but the critics claim that Kylie is a billionaire but not the same kind as Mark. She is no ‘self-made’ because she used the money of her family to reach the Forbes top.

Meanwhile, Kylie looks happy when she is commenting on her new status. “My parents told me I needed to make my own money, it’s time to learn how to save and spend your own money, stuff like that,” she said. “What I’m trying to say is I did have a platform, but none of my money is inherited.”

Jenner is by far the wealthiest of her family, another member of that, sister Kim, is the second most successful at $US350 million.
