According to Us Weekly, that Pitt has “been texting” with his ex-wife in February when the actor wished Aniston a happy birthday after getting her cell phone number through “a tangled web” of contacts.

In fact, Brad Pitt has confided in Jen about his difficult divorce and subsequent custody battle, the A-list actor told Jennifer he’s having a hard time with his split and they exchanged a few texts reminiscing about the past.
And what about the reaction of Jennifer’s husband Justin Theroux? The friends say that he is OK with them being friends, Justin knows that Jen just wants to be nice, nothing more.
And while it’s likely some tabloids will falsely spin the situation into a romantic reunion, we’re further told their chats have simply been “friendly communications” and nothing more.
