Armenia has declared a state of emergency from March 16 to April 14 to combat the spread of coronavirus. 663 cases of infection have been identified in the country. From March 25 to April 12, the work of enterprises and organizations, except for strategically important ones, was temporarily stopped, restrictions on the movement of citizens were introduced.On March 11, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 a pandemic. “Death was recorded at the Nork Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital. A 76-year-old patient had a coronavirus disease, confirmed bilateral polysegmental pneumonia. In addition, the woman suffered from concomitant chronic diseases, in particular, diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension,” Nikoghosyan wrote on Facebook.
