Melania Trump’s outfit looked stunning in white when the first lady joined her husband for church service at St. Johns Episcopal church in Washington.
Though the 48-year-old former model is Catholic, she attended church service together with her husband Donald Trump. After Jacqueline Kennedy, Melania is the second FLOTUS who is a practising Catholic. Last year, she met Pope Francis as part of a foreign tour with the US president and stepdaughter Ivanka.
For religious Washington event, Melania wore a white double-breasted coat, in which she looked angelic and elegant at the same time. The white coat has pretty scalloped details around the hem.
Attending church service is the first public event for the presidential couple after Donald took to Twitter to express his anger and about the closure of the Lordstown Ohio General Motors plant.
Company’s plans looked not too perspective, Mr Trump believes. In his tweet, the president of the US wrote: “Just spoke to Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors about the Lordstown Ohio plant. I am not happy that it is closed when everything else in our Country is BOOMING.
“I asked her to sell it or do something quickly. She blamed the UAW Union — I don’t care, I just want it open!”
