At least one person died in a plane crash in Lithuania.

A DHL cargo plane that crashed in Lithuania crashed near a residential building, killing at least one person and injuring another.

Earlier, Reuters reported that a cargo plane from the German shipping company DHL crashed near Vilnius airport. According to the profile portal FlightAware, the plane was presumably heading there from Leipzig.

“A representative of the Fire and Rescue Department (PAGD) said… that at least one person was killed and another was injured as a result of the incident,” a local media report said.
