Keanu Reeves will take part in the next Toy Story, one of its characters got the Matrix star’s deep voice.
Toy Story 4 is due to be released next year, eight years after the previous film. It is a rather long time, taking into account the great success of all three previous parts. This month, the producers have released a teaser, according to which the fans understood that Tom Hanks would be returning as Sheriff Woody. the actress Joan Cusack took the role of Jessie.
Keanu Reeves will definitely have fun while working in such a bright and positive project as Toy Story.
Tim Allen, who plays the “To infinity and beyond” favourite, did not go into detail but said Keanu had a “great part”, before gesturing with his fingers to indicate a small toy. In Toy Story4 the fans will see not only Buzz, but Mr Potato Head, Rex, Hamm and Slinky Dog return in the latest instalment. A new character, a spork with googly eyes called Forky, is also part of the line-up.
Appearing on The Tonight Show, Tim Allen, who first played Buzz in the 1995 original part, said recording the final scene of the upcoming film was very emotional. Allen confessed Tom Hanks said it best but the last scene of the film Tim couldn’t even get through it because he was suggesting there were pages after it. “I read it and I had to turn around from reading it in the studio, it was so emotional,” Allen said.
