In recent weeks, the European Union has sent a total of eight planes to Egypt carrying 320 tons of humanitarian aid for residents of the Gaza Strip, the European Commission reported online on X Network.

“On Tuesday, two new flights were sent with 115 tons of humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip… In recent weeks, the number of EU aid flights to Gaza has reached eight, carrying 320 tons of humanitarian aid,” the report states.

On Monday, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the EU was increasing aid to the Gaza Strip by another 25 million euros, bringing its total to one hundred million euros.
