Sylvester Stallone is one of the brightest Hollywood stars who also was accused of sexual assault this week. The actor responded to allegations he sexually threatened a 16-year-old when he was 40 and he was already and definitely a star who was filming the drama “Over the Top”.
The 71-year-old Sylvester Stallone has responded to allegations of 1986 sexual assault, the Rocky star just denies any involvement in the alleged incident. He was never a predator but today any famous and powerful man in Hollywood can face similar allegations. The most recent examples like Harvey Weinstein, Brett Ratner and Kevin Spacey whose scandalous accusations are still the most discussible issue in Hollywood.
The representative for Mr Stallone commented this dirty rumours to Fox News, saying,
“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
Sylvester Stallone is in hot water after an alleged incident in Las Vegas while he was playing a role in “Over the Top.” According to a woman who decided to claim that then-40 Stallone and his bodyguard then-27 Mike De Luca, had inappropriate sexual contact with her and threatened her safety when she was 16.
The details of 1986 incident
The woman who insists that Stallone and De Luca abused her in 1986, met Stallone while he was filming at the location. The teen was staying with family friends and after meeting the “Rocky” star the previous day, she tried to see him again to get an autograph for a friend. She came into Stallone’s room and at that time, they began having sex, which she says she was OK with, while De Luca stayed in the bathroom.
De Luca, who was killed in 2013, made her give him oral sex, then “came around and had vaginal sex with her,” the report says. Stallone then allegedly “made her give him a blowjob.” After the incident, the 16-year-old teen ended up signing a no-prosecution form and the issue was dropped,
Despite all these details, for police, it’s not unusual to investigate claims of sexual assault against a minor without the victim’s cooperation, but Las Vegas police told the outlet they did not feel they had sufficient evidence to move forward without the victim being willing to prosecute.
