Russian aircraft destroyed four American howitzers in Ukraine

Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov reports that over the past 24 hours, Russian aviation has destroyed more than ten field artillery pieces in Ukraine, including US-made M777 towed howitzers.

“As a result of air strikes, more than 300 nationalists, an electronic warfare station near the village of Malinovka in the Kharkiv region, ten tanks and other armored combat vehicles, three Grad multiple rocket launchers, 18 special vehicles, three mortar crews, and 11 field artillery guns, including four M777 155mm howitzers,” Konashenkov said.

The lieutenant general says that the Kalibr high-precision long-range missiles in the Lviv region destroyed an ammunition depot for foreign weapons transferred to Ukraine, including M777.
