American entrepreneur Elon Musk called it madness to introduce prison sentences for the “wrong” gender designation of a person, thus the businessman reacted to a publication on the social network X, which states that in Scotland, under the new law, you can get up to seven years in prison if you call a transgender person a man or a woman and he will consider this a misnomer.

“This is crazy,” Musk wrote in a comment on X’s social media post.

Previously, Musk announced the transfer of the headquarters of SpaceX and X from California to Texas due to a new law regarding the issue of the powers of educational institutions in matters of sexual orientation of children.
