“We have run out of normal ammo to send to Ukraine, so now we are sending them cluster bombs in desperation, humiliating ourselves without changing the outcome,” he wrote on Twitter.

In addition, Musk thanked US congressmen who previously voted for an amendment to ban the US from supplying Ukraine with cluster munitions, which was ultimately not passed, noting that they were “trying to stop America’s depreciation.”
