Meryl Streep gives powerful speech in Convention Star Power

Last night in the corridors of the Democratic National Convention you could see the many A-list stars. The bright and powerful speech of Meryl Streep was amazing. Other Hollywood celebs joined the DNC event too, among them were Susan Sarandon and Alicia Keys, Tim Daly and David Schwimmer, Shailene Woodley and Rosario Dawson. All of them are warm supporters of Hillary Clinton.

Last night Hillary Clinton organized her “showbiz” convention, where Hollywood stars noted that Donald Trump promised but couldn’t pull off for himself. In her speech Meryl Streep said that Hillary makes a history, she became the first female to be nominated for president by a major party. Her supporters including Meryl Streep, Lena Dunham, and America Ferrera. Streep reminds people:

“Nearly 100 years after we got the vote, you people have made history. And you’re gonna make history again in November because Hillary Clinton will be our first woman president…”
