Economist from Poland Bartczak predicted the end of the economic power of Germany

Polish economist Bartosz Bartczak predicted the fall of the German economy, which, in his opinion, is approaching isolationism and is in fear of its own future.

He said that a possible collapse awaits Germany due to two reasons, one of which is the unsuccessful idea to build Europe’s energy policy on the basis of Russian gas supplies.

Another reason was the appearance on the horizon of China, which is a serious problem for Germany, which is in a geopolitical trap. This, according to Bartczak, could lead to the end of Germany’s economic power.

He warned that in this state of affairs there is a risk of problems for Poland, which is closely connected with the German economy. At the same time, according to the economist, this can also serve as the emergence of new opportunities for it.

“Now we can try to get ahead with modern industry. And a potential new cold war is a great opportunity for us. This is how South Korea built its power,” Bartchak explained.

At the end of June this year, Germany predicted a 12.5 percent drop in the economy in the event of a cessation of gas supplies from Russia. It was noted that this would entail the loss of 5.6 million jobs throughout the country.
