Blinken told how he sees the world in Ukraine.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that peace in Ukraine should include a plan for its restoration, in which Russia will have to contribute its share.

“Ensuring peace in Ukraine must include a plan for its restoration, and Russia must contribute to it,” Blinken said during a speech at the Helsinki City Hall.

The Secretary of State also noted that Washington welcomes the initiatives of “any” countries that will help revive the negotiation process between the conflicting parties.

“The United States and Ukraine are working with allies and partners around the world to forge consensus on the basic elements of a just and lasting peace,” Blinken added.
