Blac Chyna and the father of her daughter Dream are battling in the court via their lawyers. On Monday, the beaming and very elegant Blac appeared in the court, while Rob preferred not come. The issue about the parenting of Dream has to be resolved.
Blac Chyna, flanked by her attorney Lisa Bloom and co-counsel Walter Mosley, spoke outside the court saying:
‘This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I’m just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream.’
Blac and Rob began dating in early 2016, with Chyna giving birth to daughter Dream late last year. They split this past December, and the court story has started.
Rob Kardashian and Dream: the parenting schedule
On Monday, Rob Kardashian’s lawyer Robert Shapiro had a brief appearance in court where the sides agreed to stipulate to the temporary restraining order and all the conditions. According to Kardashian’s attorney, their primary concern going forward is the health and welfare of Dream. The legal team is ‘going to work towards that goal.’
‘I personally on behalf of Rob Kardashian apologised and offered our regrets on what has taken place in the last couple of days,’
added Mr Shapiro. Obviously, Robert Kardashian and his legal team are ‘moving forward’ to focus on ‘one thing and one thing only, whatever is in the best interests of the child.’
