A ship from the UAE with humanitarian aid for the Gaza Strip arrived in Egypt.

A ship carrying 5,112 tons of humanitarian aid destined for the Gaza Strip arrived from Dubai at the Egyptian port of El Arish.

The ship, which left the UAE on October 30, was the fifth since the start of the current crisis in the Gaza Strip. The humanitarian aid includes food, medicine, tents and five ambulances.

Previously, the UAE supplied two field hospitals, bakeries and water desalination plants for the needs of the Gaza Strip, the agency notes. The total volume of humanitarian aid from the UAE exceeded 34 thousand tons.
