Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton are going to Paris with the official visit. For Prince, it will be the first trip to the place of death of Princess Diana, a meaningful trip.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be heading to Paris, France on March 17 and 18. In August 2017, the world will commemorate the sad date of ‘people princess’ passing away, she died in the car incident in the capital of France.
Prince William and Kate Middleton will engage in a series of official events, including a reception for young French leaders and a formal dinner at the residence of Her Majesty’s Ambassador. All these details announced the Kensington Palace this week.
William will be glad to attend the Wales vs. France rugby match at the Stade de France, this event is also in the work schedule of the Duke and Duchess Cambridge. Prince George and Princess Charlotte probably will stay at home, while their parents are busy with an official trip to Paris.
The British royals are honouring Princess of Wales’ memory with a statue at the public gardens in Kensington Palace. The both Princes, William and Harry, issued the joint statement, which says:
‘It has been 20 years since our mother’s death and the time is right to recognise her positive impact in the UK and around the world with a permanent statue.’
