Trump switches his focus to tax reform after Obamacare debacle

Donald Trump switches his priorities, now, he attempts to pivot away from his failure to ­repeal Obamacare. Instead of these medical issues, President prefers to tackle tax reform.

President Trump has plunged into another key campaign, the tax reform took top place in current presidential agenda. On Friday, a vote on Obamacare was abruptly halted, as a result, the bill did not have the expected powerful support that needed for passage. In other words, the Republican Party refused to back the plan to replace Democrat Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act.

“I would say that we will probably start going very, very strongly for the big tax cuts and tax reform. That will be next,”

Trump said on Friday.

Steven Mnuchin confirmed he aimed to get a tax overhaul package approved by congress by August.

“Healthcare is a very complicated issue. In a way, tax reform is a lot simpler,”

Treasury Secretary said. President confirmed that the Democrats are fully responsible for health insurance problems, that’s why the best thing politically is to let Obamacare just explode, Trump concluded.
