Biden’s son asked the court to exclude details of spending on prostitutes and pornography.

US President Hunter Biden’s son is asking a California court to exclude details of his “extravagant” life, including spending on prostitutes, pornography and strip clubs, from the tax crime case, US prosecutors said.

“Defendant seeks to exclude any ‘evidence, testimony or reference to his alleged ‘extravagant’ lifestyle during the time period in question, as well as any salacious details of money spent on personal expenses, including references to sex workers, adult entertainment, memberships in sex clubs, pornography and strip clubs,” the court document states.

According to investigators led by special prosecutor David Weiss, Hunter Biden is trying to do this pre-trial, despite the objections of prosecutors.

“The United States, through counsel, hereby objects to defendant’s pretrial motion to suppress references to his extravagant lifestyle and what defendant calls ‘indecent details of his personal spending habits,'” prosecutors said in a statement.

Hunter Biden is facing a tax evasion trial in the state of California. He maintains his innocence.
