Apple discontinues the iPod

Apple has decided to suspend production of iPod music players. Production took place over 20 years.

“Today, the ability to bring your music library to the world is integrated into the entire Apple product line – from iPhone and Apple Watch to iPad and Mac – along with access to more than 90 million songs and more than 30,000 playlists available through Apple Music,” says senior vice president of Greg Joswiak’s company.

The Apple Music app has always been lauded for having the best interface and sound quality. Today, customers can still purchase the iPod Touch from apple.com, Apple Stores, and Apple Authorized Resellers. Goods are still available, but not for long.

Apple was founded in 1976. The main activity is the production of computers and tablets, phones, smart watches and software. Much of this list is now not available to Russian citizens, at least what is from the official manufacturer.
