Blinken canceled trips to Germany and Angola because of Biden.

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, due to the cancellation of President Joe Biden’s trip to Germany and Angola, will also not go there, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said.

“The Secretary of State had planned to join the President in Germany and Angola, but given this postponement, he will return to Washington from Laos,” Miller said at a briefing.

Earlier, the White House announced that Biden’s trip to Germany and Angola, scheduled for October 10-15, was postponed due to Hurricane Milton approaching the United States. Biden said he plans to visit the countries later.
