Hillary Clinton was always a feminist, that’s why she was shocked by the news about the sexual predatory activities of Harvey Weinstein. The generous Democrat donor abused tens of women, his sexual harassment continued for decades, reported mass media.
The world-famous Democrat Hillary Clinton revealed how much she was appalled by the predatory behaviour of Harvey Weinstein, Hollywood mogul and Democrat donor. This week, Mrs Clinton was in Britain to promote her book What Happened, the memoir of her failed attempt to win the 2016 presidential election.
During BBC One’s interview, the former Secretary of State encouraged women in telling the truth when it is about sexual harassment:
“I really commend the women who have been willing to come forward and tell their stories.”
According to Hillary, Harvey Weinstein’s behaviour is disgusting and heartbreaking, the society should learn from this scandal.
“It is important we do not just focus on him and whatever consequences flow from his behaviour, but that we recognise that this behaviour cannot be tolerated anywhere, whether it is in entertainment, or politics – after all, we have someone admitting to being a sexual assaulter in the Oval Office. There has to be a recognition that we must stand against this kind of action, which is so sexist and misogynistic,”

Clinton about the sexual abuse and women’s desire to hide it
Clinton family is not so innocent in the aspect of the sexually abusive behaviour. Hillary was challenged as to why in her book she had dismissed the three women brought by the Trump campaign to the presidential TV debates who have alleged sexual assault by her husband, Bill.
The Democrat wasn’t shocked with this question, indeed, saying that had all been litigated. Hillary reminded that the case with you-know-who had been the subject of a thorough investigation in the late 90s and there were conclusions drawn.

The ties of Weinstein and Democrats are obvious, everyone knew that the Hollywood mogul is a generous person when it’s about the Democratic Party and its campaigns. Hillary added in an interview on CNN that she would give back the money Weinstein donated to her 2016 Presidential campaign. In case if that is not possible she would donate a similar sum to charity.
According to Mrs Clinton, her heart was broken with the news about Harvey’s multiple sexual assaults, she never believed that respectable Mr Weinstein has a different side – that wasn’t the person she had previously known, unfortunately.

The producer personally gave $30,000 to the Hillary Victory Fund and $5,400 to Hillary for America. But the foundation has declined to comment on whether it will return Weinstein’s donations.
So far, many questions remain as to whether the Clinton Foundation will return sums donated by Weinstein put at between $100,000 (£75,000) and $250,000.
