Two earthquakes occurred in Georgia on Sunday, the first with a magnitude of 4.7, the second with a magnitude of 3.0, the Seismic Monitoring Center reports on its website.

According to the Center, the first earthquake occurred at approximately 8 am, 2 kilometers from the village of Lelubani near Mtskheta. A second earthquake occurred a few hours later in Kakheti in eastern Georgia. The magnitude was 3.0, the epicenter was located near the city of Lagodekhi, 150 kilometers from Tbilisi at a depth of 18 kilometers.


There is no information about damage or casualties.
