The White House announced the need for military supplies to Ukraine.

US authorities feel an urgent need for military supplies to Ukraine due to the difficult situation on the battlefield for Kyiv, a senior US administration official said.

“There is absolutely a sense of urgency in the White House, from President (US) Biden there is an order to do everything possible to put Ukraine in a position of strength,” he said at a special briefing dedicated to the American president’s visit to Germany.

As the official noted, the US authorities are aware of the difficult situation in Kyiv and for this reason they are seeking to increase the supply of weapons to Ukraine and the training of Ukrainian Armed Forces military personnel in the hope of “reversing the trajectory” of what they see in Washington.
