We are already negotiating with our European neighbors on the issue of participation, as this is the right way also in this the issue of European coordination, the implementation of European cooperation instead of acting alone,” the minister said.

Earlier, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, speaking at the Charles University in Prague, announced his intention, together with European neighbors, to create a new unified air defense system (AD) in the EU. He explained that Germany intends to invest heavily in strengthening the air defense system, organizing it in such a way that European neighbors, in particular, the Netherlands, Poland, the Baltic countries, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, as well as the Scandinavian states, could participate in it.
