Scarlett Johansson said a lot of impartial and fair things about Ivanka Trump and her father. The ‘Ghost in the shell’ condemned President for his statements, and added she is disappointed by cowardly Ivanka Trump.
Scarlett Johansson gave an interview Gayle King of CBS News, during the conversation Scarlett could not hide disappointment with Ivanka Trump’s. Scarlett called the first daughter a coward and criticised her father for strange using Ivanka as his advocate who doesn’t speak publicly, however.
While President continues on to explain that Ivanka doesn’t believe it would make her an effective advocate to “constantly articulate every issue publicly where I disagree,” Scarlett believes that Trump has it wrong.
“I thought to myself, ‘Well that’s empowering’. If you take a job as a public advocate, then you must advocate publicly,”
Ms Johansson added and advised Trump speak out rather than behind closed doors, only such modus operandi may be really powerful in the modern America. Scarlett continued her thought regarding the women in the society:
“It’s such an old-fashioned concept that to be a powerful woman you can’t appear to be concerned [with appearances]. Screw that, it’s so old-fashioned, it’s so uninspired and actually really cowardly.”
