Milanovic vows to veto Finland and Sweden joining NATO

Croatian President Zoran Milanovic, speaking at the meeting, threatened to veto the accession of Finland and Sweden to NATO. Last week, he already made a similar statement, calling the attempt to join Stockholm and Helsinki to the alliance “dangerous quackery.”

“Who says that I am a Russian agent? I have nothing to do with Russia. When the head of Gazprom came to Zagreb, he didn’t get anything from me. I’m not afraid of either Russians or Ukrainians, I can easily deal with threats,” said the President of Croatia .
