Erdogan expects Xi Jinping in Turkey in 2025.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he expects to visit China after the meeting of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly in September, and expects a return visit from Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2025.

“In Astana, we held talks with him (Xi Jinping). He invited us to China again. I also invited him to our country. He said, ‘Let me pay a return visit next year.’ So we also had the opportunity discuss all these political and trade issues between us. Now, perhaps, we will visit China after the meeting of the UN General Assembly. But I hope that in 2025 Mr. Xi Jinping will pay us a return visit,” the Turkish leader told upon returning from Washington.
