Brad Pitt who celebrated his 55th birthday last month, hosted screenings and a reception for the Barry Jenkins’ film. The soiree took place at a private residence in the Hollywood Hills on Saturday, ahead of the 2019 Critics’ Choice Awards on Sunday. Among the guests of screening were other celebs like Timothee Chalamet, Catherine Hardwicke, John Ridley, Brian Tyree Henry, Colman Domingo and Finn Wittrock. All of them were happy to see Brad whose rare appearance makes his colleagues happy.
The ‘If Beale Street Could Talk’ cast and crew posed with Brad Pitt who looked relaxed and jovial as never before. The actor has left the tough times behind and moves forward. On Saturday, Brad was mingling with industry friends and other stars, enjoying the party.
The star-studded event comes about a week after Pitt’s estranged wife, Angelina Jolie, hosted a screening for Roma, another film getting a lot of buzz this awards season. At the Roma screening, the 43-year-old Jolie posed with director Alfonso Cuaron and the movie’s stars, Yalitza Aparicio and Marina De Tavira.
