Ben Affleck confessed that the battling any addiction is a lifelong and difficult struggle, the Oscar-winner has already left another rehab vacation, Mirror reported.
Hollywood is a beautiful but tough place where famous people often feel the side effect of their fame and glory. Being an addict to the drugs or alcohol is just a common thing in Hollywood, according to Ben Affleck who had spent 40 days at a treatment centre, and was still in outpatient care.
The 46-year-old actor wrote on the social media that only the support he has received from his family, colleagues and fans means more to me than Ben can say. “It’s given me the strength and support to speak about my illness with others,” Affleck added.
The Oscar-winner confirms that the battling any addiction is a lifelong and difficult struggle because of that one is never really in or out of treatment.
“It is a full-time commitment. I am fighting for myself and my family,” Affleck said.
It was very bitter for Ben Affleck to understand that he needs a help in August when he was pictured looking bedraggled while being driven to rehab by his Jennifer Garner. Mother of his three kids and the former wife is still an important part of Affleck’s life despite their divorce after Ben’s cheat. Jennifer filed for divorce in April 2017, but the former couple remain close and have three children together.
