Sergei Shoigu, the Russian Defense Minister, informed that Moscow sends its experts to Geneva. The request of the U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry received and acknowledged. The Ministry of Defense of Russia is ready to hold another round of negotiations on Syria’s problem at the U.N. level. Moscow confirmed that its experts are going to Switzerland for Syria talks. Sergei Shoigu as a Defense Minister announced also that the Russian and Syrian forces would open humanitarian corridors outside Aleppo. That will offer a way-out for fighters wanting to surrender, as well as be of some assistance for humanitarian needs in Aleppo.
President Bashar Assad is ready for compromise, he offered an amnesty to any rebel who lay down the arms and surrender to the Syrian government. Asad’s amnesty is valid during next three months, noted The New Yor Times. Official decree was issued on Thursday, it lists many other issues regarding the amnesty for fighters and freeing the detainees, reported news agency SANA.
