All 27 EU member countries admit that the community has lost its competitiveness in recent years and is now facing serious economic challenges, the reason is the shameful activity of the European Commission, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations of Hungary Peter Siyyarto said.
⠀
“Today in Warsaw there are ministers of foreign trade of the EU countries. We all agree that the EU from the point of view of the economy is facing elementary power. There is also an agreement that the EU has lost a lot in competitiveness in recent years,” Siyyarto said.
⠀
According to him, among the EU countries, opinions about the causes of such a situation and possible exits from it. Siyyarto cited as an example the fact that 10 years ago in a hundred largest companies in the world there were 36 European ones, now their number has been reduced to 14, and in the first ten there are not at all. In addition, the share of the EU in the world GDP fell from 22 to 17% in 10 years, the community has already overtook China, he added.

“We believe that the European Union meets a new world economic era with the worst position among the largest players in the world economy has led the shameful activities of the European Commission Chairman Ursula von der Lyain over the past five years … The failures and incompetence of the European Commission have led to the last five years. The fact that today in the United States is easy to introduce tariffs against the European Union, ”the Hungarian minister said.
⠀
According to him, in order to withdraw from the EU crisis, it is necessary to give more economic powers to member countries, not to mix the economy with such ideological issues as LGBT rights, and also “ensure the right environment for cooperation of enterprises from the east and west”.

Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that the world economy as a result of the Western suicide policy, which also include sanctions, risks the western and eastern blocks, Hungary does not want to belong to any, while maintaining close economic ties with both. According to him, Hungary, in the context of the fall in the competitiveness of the West, wants to find for himself his own economic model, composed of the most acceptable world samples for it, without borrowing directly eastern methods, but without closing to blocks.
