Harris has no plans to address voters today.

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris will not address the nation today and plans to speak tomorrow, Democratic National Committee senior adviser Cedric Richmond said on Wednesday amid the lead of her Republican rival Donald Trump.

“We still have votes to be counted. We still have states where the outcome is not clear. We will continue to fight through the night to make sure that every vote is counted, that every vote is heard. That’s why you won’t hear from vice president, but you’ll hear from her tomorrow. She’ll be back here tomorrow to address not just her family, not just her supporters, but the nation,” Richmond said at an event at Harris’ headquarters.

Trump leads the presidential election in six of seven swing states, with Republicans gaining a party majority in the Senate, according to US media projections.

Earlier, CNN, citing sources, said that Trump could soon address his supporters at his headquarters in Palm Beach, Florida.
